Celeste Goodhue originally joined Ross & Company in 2000 after more than ten years of experience in the executive search industry at Heidrick & Struggles and Ramsey-Beirne Associates.
As a Partner with Ramsey-Beirne, Celeste successfully conducted high impact, senior-level searches across all functional disciplines for clients in the internet, software and telecommunications sectors. She also managed searches for Partners within systems integrators and professional services organizations. The fifth employee at Ramsey-Beirne, Celeste architected and implemented the infrastructure and quality processes that enabled the firm to become one of the premier executive search partners to venture capital funds and their portfolio companies. She also has served large, multinational technology companies, most notably working directly with Bill Gates to conduct the first Chief Operating Officer search for Microsoft.
Earlier in her search career, Celeste was a member of Heidrick & Struggles' Information Technology Practice and worked in both the firm's Boston and Greenwich offices. A native of Goffstown, NH, she graduated with a B.A. from the University of New Hampshire in 1983.
