Heather Beliveau rejoined Ross & Company in 2010. Currently, she manages all levels of the recruitment efforts for C-level (CEO, COO, CFO, and CTO), Board of Director, and functional VP-level searches for healthcare services, healthcare information technology, medical device, financial services, and consulting companies. She has helped build senior leadership teams at companies such as Deloitte & Touche, Concentra, Pharmacare, Patient Keeper, and Navinet.
She brings to the firm her extensive knowledge of the healthcare industry as well as her recruiting experience from within the information technology, telecommunications, and e-commerce sectors. Prior to joining Ross & Company, Heather was a Senior Consultant at New Boston, owned by Vedior, the third largest contingency search firm in the world. Working specifically in the Sales and Marketing Division, Heather executed and directed numerous senior level searches for start-up, entrepreneurial companies as well as large public companies in the software, hardware, telecommunications, telephony, research and data networking sectors. Heather recruited individuals for the roles of Director of Business Development, Directors of Strategic Alliances, Senior Account Executives to Vice Presidents of Sales. She also collaborated with hiring CEOs to ensure satisfaction.
Beyond her recruiting experience, Heather also brings with her experience in healthcare, where she worked as an Occupational Therapist for 3 years with Spaulding Rehabilitation, a Harvard Teaching Hospital.
Heather graduated with an M.S. from Tufts University and a B.S. from St. Lawrence University.
