Kelsey joined Ross & Company in 2009. Her search work focuses on the fields of healthcare services, healthcare information, medical device, digital media, and technology services.
Today, she participates in managing the search process including, research and candidate development and recruitment for executive level assignments. Kelsey supports the recruitment efforts for C-level (CEO, CFO, and CTO), Board of Director, and functional VP-level searches for venture capital backed and large public companies. She has assisted in the building of leadership teams at companies such ABILITY Networks (Bain Capital Ventures; Lemhi Ventures), Prognosis Health Information Systems (OpenView Venture Partners), United BioSource/Medco (NYSE: MHS), WebMD (NASDAQ: WBMD), and Kareo (Open View Venture Partners).
Prior to search, Kelsey held positions in small business product marketing and public relations. She graduated with a B.A. in Media and Society from Hobart and William Smith Colleges where she was a member of the varsity field hockey team, leading the team to three consecutive NCAA performances.
