Paige Kellogg joined Ross & Company in 2005, and brings more than 10 years of executive search and related experience. Currently, she leads the recruitment efforts for C-level (CEO, COO, CFO, and CTO), Board of Director, and functional VP-level searches for healthcare services, healthcare information technology, and medical device companies. She has helped build leadership teams at companies such as Fidelis SeniorCare (backed by Highland Partners), ABILITY Network (formerly VisionShare), DynaVox Mayer-Johnson (NASDAQ: DVOX; backed by Vestar Capital Partners), and United BioSource Corporation (acquired by Medco; backed by Oak Investment Partners).
Prior to joining Ross & Company, Paige was a Research Consultant at James Mead & Company, which specializes in senior-level sales and marketing searches in the consumer packaged goods industry. Paige's work ethic, rigorous research approach and skill in forging high level relationships helped her to uncover talent that led to the placement of senior executives in companies such as Playtex, Remy Martin, Gillette, and Clorox. While at James Mead & Company, Paige conducted a pro bono search which led to the placement of a Town Planner in Fairfield County, CT.
She started her career in recruiting with Spencer Stuart as a Research Assistant, and collaborated on searches in various industries including software, internet, high tech, life sciences, pharmaceuticals, healthcare, retail, online banking, and the non-profit sector. From Spencer Stuart, Paige Kellogg was recruited to 6FigureJobs.com, the online human capital management site, where she served as Director of Career Management Events and Manager of Research and Recruitment. While at 6FigureJobs.com, Paige partnered on the launch of a new business unit that offered national seminar series and networking events which substantially grew the company's database of executives. Following her tenure with 6FigureJobs.com, Paige managed a team of nurse recruiters at Welsh-Carson backed Onward Healthcare, a start-up recruiting firm targeting healthcare professionals.
Paige Kellogg is a graduate of Vanderbilt University and holds a Masters Degree in Secondary Education from Sacred Heart University. She is a former high school history teacher and was also an All-American gymnast.
