    Interviews are conducted by Ross & Company with key members of Client’s management team and Board of Directors.

Executive profile built and agreed upon with client.

   
RESEARCH STRATEGY
     

12 Week Process
begins once Executive Profile is agreed upon. Research continues until successful completion.

2. On-Line Resources
3. Directories
4. Past Searches
5. Key Industry Contacts

Research efforts result in approximately 100-150 individuals being contacted.

   
CANDIDATE DEVELOPMENT
     

Weeks 1-4

    Managing Directors contact key sources and potential candidates by telephone and present search opportunity.

Build “Long List” of qualified candidates interested from initial phone conversation who are willing to be considered. Follow-up with candidates, including extensive phone and in-person interviews to assess credentials and fit.

   
CLIENT INTERVIEWS
 

Weeks 5-9

Ross & Company Interviews high-potential candidates in person (7-10).

Client Interviews final slate of high potential candidates (4-6), while Ross & Company continues to source for additional prospects.

   
REFERENCING & FINAL OFFERS
     

Weeks 9-12

   

Client/Board Interviews with 1-2 “finalists”

References conducted on final candidate Negotiation of offer and acceptance by “Successful Candidate” orchestrated by Client and Ross & Company.

   
FOLLOW UP
     

 

   

Continuing follow-up with principals (Client / Successful Candidate) to ensure immediate and long-term success.
