Ross & Company Interviews high-potential candidates in person (7-10).
Client Interviews final slate of high potential candidates (4-6), while Ross & Company continues to source for additional prospects.
REFERENCING & FINAL OFFERS

Client/Board Interviews with 1-2 “finalists”
References conducted on final candidate
Negotiation of offer and acceptance by “Successful Candidate” orchestrated by Client
