Today is a big day for me, for Ross & Company and for Healthcare Leaders. After more than three decades of building and evolving a great client service team and firm, I am excited to share that Ross & Company has joined forces with WittKieffer, the largest healthcare-only executive search firm in the world and one of the top ten search firms in the United States.

I am proud to be joining WittKieffer as Senior Partner and Lead Partner for Private Equity and continuing as Chair of Healthcare Leaders, working alongside an exceptional, investor-backed healthcare team of more than 50 professionals. For our clients, this transition is purely additive—expanding candidate reach, access, and insights while maintaining the relationships, focus, and hard work that have always defined our search practice.

I am equally excited to be integrating Healthcare Leaders (HCL) into WittKieffer’s platform, extending its brand, convening authority, and thought leadership across the entire WittKieffer ecosystem.
