Heather joined Ross & Company after a 12-year tenure leading the healthcare and life sciences practice at Notch Partners, a leading provider of C-suite talent to private equity firms seeking competitive advantage through proprietary deal flow, investment insight, and superior management teams. A trusted advisor to both executives and investors, Heather has successfully connected industry-leading talent with private equity sponsors to spearhead the acquisitions of 20+ platform companies. Over her career, she has completed more than 500 projects – including board, CEO, CFO, and Operating Partner searches – in the areas of healthcare services, HCIT, payer services, and pharmaceutical/medtech products and services. 

Previously, Heather was a management consultant at McKinsey & Company working primarily with financial services clients. Her career began in public policy with roles at the White House Council of Economic Advisers and Department of Justice’s Office of Legal Policy. She went on to found and lead Learn NY, a nonprofit that partnered with Mayor Bloomberg’s office to successfully advocate for the renewal of mayoral control over New York City public schools. 

Heather received a JD from Harvard Law School and graduated from Princeton University with a BA in Economics, magna cum laude and Phi Beta Kappa.
