Jim Woodard joined Ross & Company in 2015 and serves as Director of Operations. In this capacity, he leads all aspects of the firm’s internal infrastructure, overseeing finance, Ross & Company’s candidate database, as well as all communications and software/systems. Jim partners closely with all members of the Ross & Company team to manage and evolve the operational foundation that enables Ross & Company to consistently overdeliver on its commitments to clients and investors.

In addition to his recruiting operations management, Jim leads the organization and implementation of all Healthcare Leaders (HCL) events and activities. He is responsible for directing the strategy, marketing, logistics, and execution of the Healthcare Leaders platform, ensuring it continues to serve as a premier forum for thought leadership and relationship building across the healthcare investment ecosystem.

With a focus on building scalable processes and operational excellence, Jim has been instrumental in strengthening Ross & Company’s ability to support growth while maintaining a high level of client service.
