Lily joined Ross & Company in 2023. She manages search operations and digital marketing for the firm. Prior to Ross & Company, she was Director of Site Experience for Ergatta. Lily previously worked as the Director of Product Management in Conversion Optimization at A Place for Mom. Earlier in her career, she held multiple roles at American Express including Manager of eCommerce Personalization and Site Capabilities.  

Lily holds a bachelor’s in Digital Media and Animation from Northeastern University.
